About
I'm a pulmonary and critical care physician and physician educator with deep experience in clinical teaching, academic program development, and educational innovation across medicine. My work focuses on preparing the next generation of clinicians to use artificial intelligence thoughtfully, critically, and effectively — through lectures, simulations, and AI-supported problem-based learning.
From designing gamified ICU simulations to teaching clinical trial strategy across multidisciplinary teams, I build bridges between complex science and practical, human-centered care. I also support interprofessional learning in tele-ICU environments, educating nursing, respiratory therapy, and critical care staff at the intersection of technology and bedside medicine.
Through the AI-Ready Doctor podcast and the Medical AI Academy, I'm on a mission to make every clinician AI-literate — because the future of medicine belongs to doctors who understand both their patients and their tools.
